I’m always working on many exciting projects (who isn't, right?) to accomplish this goal - like creating information products, new client programs or exotic travel adventures for business women. WHAT IS AN R&D TEAM?

A virtual R&D (Research & Development) team is a team of people who "meet" and actively discuss ideas via email or the phone. As a member, your value to the community is YOU -- who you are, how you think, your experiences and wisdom. Collectively, the community becomes a catalyst for fast-moving, energizing creativity.

HOW AN R&D TEAM WORKS :

• You will receive between 1 - 4 emails a month asking for input, advice, suggestions, reactions, changes, strategies, information resources and anything else related to projects I’m working on;

• You have the option of responding to these emails -- or not. However, please
  only join the R&D Community if you intend to be an active participant and contribute your brain and creative power;

• I generally don't respond on a 1-1 basis to the many emails/suggestions received from R&D Community Members. I will from time to time acknowledge and thank you as a group and keep you informed about the progress of these projects;

• In your comments and feedback, be honest, fully communicate, point out what you like about the idea/project and where you see flaws. Please phrase your comments -- especially the criticisms -- in a positive, helpful tone.
